Cushman & Wakefield's Manila Digital Center of Excellence is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to keep publishing, tracking, and stakeholder experiences accurate. You will support triage, website uploads, and landing-page builds with regional teams to deliver strong online experiences for clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital marketing or operations, proficient with Sitecore CMS, Content Hub, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Sitecore CMS, Content Hub, Marketing Cloud, GA is highly preferred.
• Email marketing and marketing automation experience a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS and Photoshop skills.

Responsabilités

• Triage incoming digital requests and drive them to completion.
• Execute website uploads and content updates accurately and on time.
• Build/update landing pages with local, regional, and global teams.
• Troubleshoot digital platform issues and propose practical solutions.
• Deliver digital marketing training and guidance to stakeholders.
• Document platform processes and best practices for consistency.
• Learn Cushman & Wakefield platforms, integrations, and workflows.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of digital marketing execution.
• Develop understanding of audiences to deliver relevant campaigns.
