A leading brand management company in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Specialist to ensure brand awareness, manage brand assets, and align communications with brand personality. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or related fields and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in the fast-food industry is a plus. This role involves fieldwork.
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators
Trade Marketing – ensures that awareness is generated for the brand, stores, and products in the trade area;
Brand Management – directly involved in the creation, documentation, and protection of brands’ assets for the brand;
Brand Communications – ensures all communications made for the brand are written in line with brands’ personality and image.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing, Business administration, Advertising or relevant field.
With at least 1- 2 years related working experience;
Experience working in fast-food chains or restaurants will be an advantage.
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Up to speed with current online marketing techniques and best practices
Creativity and commercial awareness
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with customer-oriented approach
Must be willing to do field work
