Job summary

Safc in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Support Associate to bolster the branch's client intake and promotional campaigns.

You will review loan applications, assist loan consultants, recruit new consultants, process inquiries, and ensure timely reports and materials distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and verify documents before endorsing to credit investigator
• Monitor status of loan applications endorsed to credit investigator
• Assist and support loan consultants in marketing efforts
• Recruit and source potential Loan Consultants
• Tag names of new loan consultants in Loan Management System
• Facilitate unlocking requests of affiliated companies
• Distribute and post advertising or promotional materials of the branch
• Prepare Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email or walk-in
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Description

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client before endorsing to credit investigator
• Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to credit investigator
• Assists and supports loan consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns
• Recruits and sources potential Loan Consultants.
• Responsible in tagging of name of new loan consultants in the Loan Management System
• Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies through online or facsimile
• Ensures proper distribution and posting of all advertising or promotional materials of the branch
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts
• Requests renewal commission for loan consultants with released accounts
• Handles customer/client’s inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in
• Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time

Salary Range: ₱ 15,000.00 - ₱ 18,000.00
