The role involves working closely with a co-manager (Content Lead), reporting to the COO, and guiding the marketing team. You will oversee development and execution of content plans, campaigns, and materials, ensure alignment with business objectives, and leverage AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy or content strategy.
• Proven experience leading or managing marketing teams.
• Strong background in content planning, campaign execution, and brand strategy.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, analysis, or workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with younger or early-career team members is an advantage.
• Experience in F&B industry is a plus.

Job Description

The Marketing Officer is responsible for leading content strategy and overall marketing initiatives to support business growth and brand positioning. This role works closely with a co-manager (Content Lead), directly reports to the COO, and provides strategic direction to the marketing team.
