Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Marketing Officer in the Philippines to plan, coordinate, and execute creative marketing events, activations, and promotional campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful events. Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunities for outside events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Events Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Events Marketing, Marketing, Events Management, Brand Activation, Promotions, or related roles.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing events and activations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with suppliers, partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and attend events outside the office when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, activations, launches, exhibits, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, event partners, venues, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage event requirements including venue coordination, permits, suppliers, materials, logistics, and manpower.
• Create event proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
• Develop promotional materials and social media content to support events and campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities.
• Assist in managing social media promotions and digital campaigns for upcoming events.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new event concepts, trends, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor event performance, attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
