Job summary

ELITE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Marketing Officer in Pasig to plan, coordinate, and execute creative marketing events and campaigns. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and business opportunities across internal teams, suppliers, partners, and clients.

The successful candidate will develop event concepts, manage budgets, and produce post-event reports, while promoting social media content and digital campaigns for upcoming events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Events Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Events Marketing or related roles.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing events and activations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with suppliers, partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, activations, launches, exhibits, and promotional activities.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, event partners, venues, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Manage event requirements including venue coordination, permits, suppliers, materials, logistics, and manpower.
• Create event proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
• Develop promotional materials and social media content to support events and campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities.
• Assist in managing social media promotions and digital campaigns for upcoming events.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new event concepts and trends.
• Monitor event performance, attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
