MicroSourcing International is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our hybrid team in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on shaping marketing strategy, brand management, campaign development, and content creation to drive growth across channels.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated marketing programs, manage social media analytics, and lead tender materials. The position offers day shifts, competitive rewards, healthcare, and career growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
• Create compelling marketing materials for brochures, ads, and online content.
• Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, press releases, social media, and emails.
• Prepare and compile bid and tender documents with accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for bids and tenders.
• Plan and run social media campaigns with measurable outcomes and insights.
• Monitor social media performance and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Conduct market research and due diligence projects as needed.
• Manage third‑party suppliers and contracts, including industry partners such as Seek and LinkedIn.
• Support marketing and PR strategies and build media relationships.
• Produce regular reports on marketing activities and KPIs.

Your Role

• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Stellar's goals and objectives.
• Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen Stellar's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
• Campaign Development: Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including ideation, planning, and execution.
• Marketing Content: Create compelling and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Content Writing: Craft high-quality, engaging, and error-free written content for various marketing channels, including websites, blog posts, press releases, social media, and email campaigns.
• Bid & Tender Management: Prepare and compile bid and tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and insights for bids and tenders.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with Stellar's brand messaging and objectives.
• Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Research & Due Diligence: Deliver high-quality research and due diligence projects.
• Supplier & Contract Management: Manage third-party suppliers and contracts, including job sites and industry associations such as Seek and LinkedIn.
• Marketing & PR: Contribute to marketing and PR strategies and develop and maintain relationships with media contacts.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
