The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a versatile individual with strong skills in social media, advertising, promotions, partnerships, design, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising

• Plan and execute digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for ad placements.
• Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Promotions

• Design and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align promotions with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of promotional activities.

Partnerships

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, and influencers.
• Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements.
• Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit.

Graphic Design

• Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with team members for creative input and feedback.

Community Engagement
