Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the conceptualization, planning, and execution of corporate events, overseeing the development and maintenance of key account relationships, and strategizing regional branding initiatives. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple marketing projects and establishing strong connections with clients to boost sales, brand presence, and event success.

Your Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Strategy
  • Develop and implement multi-brand marketing strategies aligned with the group’s business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, differentiated brand identities for each restaurant concept within the group.
  • Create integrated campaigns for new openings, seasonal menus, events, and key calendar moments.
  • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of corporate events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Corporate Event Conceptualization & Execution
Local Marketing & Guest Engagement
  • Tailor marketing efforts for each restaurant location based on demographics, local trends, and customer behavior.
  • Plan and execute local activations, partnerships, and community-based initiatives.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reputation (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor) to inform marketing decisions.
Public Relations & Partnerships
  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers, media outlets, event partners, and PR contacts.
  • Organize press previews, tastings, and brand launch events across different venues.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance of campaigns and promotions across each restaurant.
  • Analyze guest data and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Deliver regular reporting to leadership on KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities.
Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Manage junior marketing team members (if applicable) and external creative or PR agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and events teams to ensure alignment between marketing and guest experience.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Proper delegation of responsibilities/assignments among the Marketing Team.
  • Training for the marketing team & Evaluation
