Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking a Marketing Associate to collaborate with the Sales team on strategies, campaigns, promos and events. You will help promote brand awareness for clients and sellers, and execute online campaigns on social media.

You will also organize materials for brochures, banners, and templates, assist with project launches, and coordinate booth manning and distribution of marketing assets to support sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and Sales team on marketing strategies, campaigns, promos and events:




• Proposal and execution of marketing strategies to promote brand awareness for both client and sellers




• Conceptualize and execute online campaigns in social media




• Conceptualize events and promos for sellers and buyers e.g booth manning




• Organize design and contents of company brochures, fliers, billboards, board-up and templates




• Organize and execute launching of new projects




• Organize and facilitate booth manning onsite




• Distribution of all marketing materials and collaterals e.g flyers, brochures, booklets, banners to be used for Sales activities




• Preparation of internal memos of approved promos for buyers




• Ensure readily available pool of accredited suppliers of materials or services needed by marketing




• Procurement of promotional materials and prizes




• Preparing payment request for suppliers and marketing materials




• Processing request and liquidation of cash advances needed for events and other site requirements




• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
