Job summary

BCS Technology is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist across brand, content, and campaign work as it scales. The role is hands-on, combining creative execution, copywriting, and research with exposure to building a marketing function from the ground up.

You will collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Manager and contribute to social media graphics, templates, and content ideation for global campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio or sample work showing graphic design ability.
• Comfortable writing in a clear, engaging way for a business audience.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic research skills and comfort working with spreadsheets to organize findings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a few workstreams at once.
• Experience with video editing tools (Filmora, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a business or content platform.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral, following brand guidelines.
• Support the creation of templates for decks, one-pagers, and case study layouts.
• Assist with basic video editing and content cutdowns for social media.
• Help maintain visual consistency across marketing materials.
• Brainstorm content ideas for LinkedIn, the website, and email campaigns.
• Draft social media captions, short articles, and email copy for review.
• Support the development of case study write-ups and other proof-point content.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities across BCS's target markets.
• Track and summarize performance of social media and content activity.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing administration and organization.

About the role

BCS Technology is building out its marketing function and is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the team while it scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between creative execution, content writing, and research, and wants real exposure to how a marketing function is built from the ground up. You will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager and get visibility across brand, content, and campaign work supporting a global company. This role is creative and graphic design heavy, with strong emphasis on content ideation, copywriting, and marketing research and analysis. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys both making things look good and figuring out what to say and who to say it to.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral, following brand guidelines

About you
