Marketing Graphic Designer role for an Australian team. This position requires office presence at the Angeles location and is suited for a candidate with strong creative and copywriting skills who can develop visual assets for advertising, promotion, and online presence.

Job Description

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will create and develop visual assets that brands use for advertising, promotion, and online presence. Apply creativity and design skills to generate engaging designs aligned with the brand identity and target demographic. Support internal marketing needs with focus on creative content development, layout, design, and copywriting. Responsibilities include layout and updates to marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, catalogs, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website. You will also contribute to writing copy for product literature, email campaigns, the company website, advertisements, blogs, case studies, and videos.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Branded merchandise design for materials featuring the brand or logo (e.g., hats, shirts, pens, bags).
  • Social media assets and graphics (logos, icons, visuals) to create a cohesive brand image across platforms.
  • Print advertising design (brochures, coupons, magazine/newspaper ads) adhering to format requirements and brand identity.
  • Digital advertising design (banners, website ads) targeting audiences with potential for conversion.
  • Brand image, logos, and visual identity; manage fonts and color schemes.
  • Website design contributions and digital asset creation (logos, banners, imagery) in collaboration with web designers.
  • Create graphics with a clean corporate style and appropriate aesthetics.
  • Design presentations to support sales and proposals; renderings for proposals to promote concepts.
  • Develop layouts for website designs, email designs, illustrations, and logos per client specifications.
  • Improve storytelling through graphic design and create eye-catching graphics for social media marketing.
  • Develop visual assets for advertising, promotion, and online presence that align with brand identity.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in design; proven ability to write compelling copy.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple resources and SMEs to develop content; own and update content as needed (presentations, infographics, web content).
  • Provide corporate support for editing and PPT layouts; maintain marketing style guides and corporate templates.
  • Adapt to, enforce, and enhance corporate brand standards (tone/voice).
  • Experience in digital marketing, including web, video, and email; MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
  • Graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar); basic HTML and familiarity with Marketing Automation Software (HubSpot).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, or journalism.
  • Strong graphic layout skills for web, print, and presentation materials; excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with urgency when required; curious, positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Adaptable, with effective communication and interpersonal skills; desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
