Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create digital ads strategies to boost the product
- Create ads campaigns on different platforms
- Optimize expenses and achieve possible ROI from paid ads campaigns
- Perform data analysis
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and work closely with the website and SEO team to identify best practices for campaign setup
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage paid search engine campaigns on Google or any other search and display marketing channels that will drive traffic
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights
- Achieve the best possible ROI in paid search campaigns
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid ads campaigns
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
- Be responsible, precise in logic, sensitive to data, and have mature data analysis abilities to identify and optimize delivery issues through data output
- Have complete project experience and be able to specify corresponding delivery strategies for different stages of mobile game publishing
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the creative design team, specifying precise material requirements for different games and markets, formulating advertising concepts, and promptly summarizing material delivery effectiveness
- Have market sensitivity and regularly collect product information of significant competitors, and provide regular market reports internally
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing, managing paid ads campaigns
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business and Marketing
- Excellent understanding of Facebook, Google Ads and other platforms
- Excellent in campaign A/B testing and optimization
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Office - Excel and Spreadsheet
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating SEM reports
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEM strategy
- Experienced in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Webtrends)
- Familiar with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Fluent in English; 2-3 years experience as a mainland push overseas game purchase optimization specialist
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in e-commerce or related industry is nice to have
- Prior experience in operating overseas betting-type games and channel refinement operations preferred
