Lumos Global in the Philippines is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Executives to gain hands-on experience across experiential marketing, client representation, and sales development. You will not be stuck doing coffee runs or staring at spreadsheets; you will be actively involved in hands-on activities and live campaigns.

• Professional Development: Participate in daily training on communication, campaign strategy, consumer psychology, and leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Event & Campaign Support: Assist in setting up, coordinating, and executing daily outreach activities and promotional operations.

• Professional Development: Participate in daily training sessions covering communication, campaign strategy, consumer psychology, and leadership principles.

• Team Leadership (Progression Phase): Coach, mentor, and guide newer team members as you advance into supervisory and management track roles.
