The Marketing Executive will primarily drive the growth and optimization of the affiliate marketing program, managing partnerships and performance to maximize revenue and brand reach. This role also supports brand marketing, digital presence, and PR efforts to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing Program Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of affiliate partners to expand the network and boost sales.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance, using data to improve ROI and partner engagement. listings and campaign alignment.
Brand Support
- Assist in developing a consistent brand narrative and understanding of the skincare market and competitors.
- Support alignment of affiliate marketing efforts with overall brand messaging.
Campaign & PR Assistance
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure affiliate and PR communications maintain brand consistency and quality.
Operations, Analytics & Reporting
- Help track marketing budgets and expenditures, supporting resource allocation and
- project coordination.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor affiliate and marketing performance, preparing reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising, or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in brand and affiliate marketing or any related field
- Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care industry highly preferred

Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in affiliate marketing platforms, tracking systems, and performance optimization.
- Knowledgeable in Lazada, Shopee and TikTok affiliate marketing.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with ability to translate metrics into strategic actions.
- Familiarity with PR coordination and digital marketing campaign management.
