Job summary

Bossjob in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to build and enhance the company's marketing system aligned with strategic goals, including annual marketing plans, brand and service promotion, and resource coordination.

You will coordinate online and offline communications across all channels, conduct market research, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing goals support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Overseas study or work experience preferred in candidates.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a background in marketing-related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience; proficiency in at least one marketing sector (PR/KOL/social media/content) preferred.
• Proficiency in market analysis, brand strategy, and advertising placement, with familiarity with market characteristics and trends.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
