About the role

A Marketing Executive role focused on developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital content across multiple platforms, and supporting lead generation and customer acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Create and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms

• Prepare graphic designs, promotional materials, presentations, brochures, and advertisements

• Coordinate photo/video shoots, product promotions, events, and other marketing activities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities

• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities

• Coordinate with the Sales Department to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales targets

• Monitor and report social media engagement, leads, campaign performance, and marketing results

• Maintain the company's brand identity and marketing standards

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and promotional strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related position is preferred

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other design/video editing tools

• Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented

• Good analytical and market research skills

• Willing to participate in events, product promotions, photoshoots, and TikTok/social media activities

• Experience in lead generation and sales support is an advantage
