Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer for Suzuki Auto Davao to support the marketing team in planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns. The role includes planning promotional, business, and social events and ensuring effective marketing of event messages.

You will produce event proposals with timelines, venues, staffing, and budgets, and contribute to the company portfolio as Assistant Editor for the newsletter. Strong writing and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Event Management or related course.
• Experience in writing media kits, newsletters, portfolios, press releases, etc.
• Experience in event organization or management is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Plan and organize promotional, business, and social events.
• Ensure target audience engagement and that the event message is marketed properly.
• Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, staffing and budgets).
• Responsible for the write ups of the company portfolio; will be the Assistant Editor for the newsletter.
