Job summary

2X Philippines is seeking a Data Operations Specialist in Ortigas East Pasig to bridge marketing data sources with analytics solutions. You will design, pipeline, transform, and store data to produce trusted data products for analysts and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on work with cloud warehouses, APIs, Python, and frameworks like dbt or Dataform. Exposure to AI-enabled data solutions is a plus. Hybrid setup and US shift schedule apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics engineering or data operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL skills to build reusable transformations and data models.
• Strong Python skills for data integration, API interaction, data processing, validation, and automation.
• Experience with REST APIs including authentication, pagination, JSON handling, and error management.
• Experience with dbt or Dataform and modular modelling.
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery in cloud data environments.
• Familiarity with marketing, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Knowledge of data-quality, testing, documentation, and monitoring practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data pipelines, warehouses, data models, and reusable data products.
• Build and maintain data ingestion from marketing, CRM, advertising, and other systems.
• Develop API-based data extraction with authentication, pagination, and incremental loading to the warehouse.
• Develop modular SQL transformations using dbt, Dataform, or equivalent.
• Use Python for API integration, data processing, validation, automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data designs and reusable models.
• Design dimensional models, facts, dimensions, and data marts.
• Implement data-quality checks, testing, documentation, and monitoring.
• Use Git and code-review practices for production data transformations.
