Job Summary
The Marketing & Creative Communications Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Brand and Marketing team by generating innovative ideas, researching trends, and creating visually compelling content across various platforms. . This role focuses on the artistic and conceptual aspects of creative production—including illustrations, graphic design, layouts, and motion graphics—while ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and brand identity.
Responsibilities
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media graphics, videos, and other content formats.
Research fan culture and emerging trends to inform the Marketing Services Head.
Stay up to date with new social media platforms and creative content capabilities.
Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print campaigns, focusing on strong typography, composition, and graphic elements.
Develop dynamic motion graphics and engaging video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce fresh, innovative content ideas.
Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders to align creative outputs with marketing objectives.
Coordinate with third-party agencies as required.
Monitor trends and new formats across social media platforms.
Catalogue references and best practices for future creative initiatives.
Identify opportunities to elevate the brand’s visual storytelling and creative impact.
Assist in the execution and rollout of creative campaigns and marketing projects.
Ensure timely production and distribution of creative assets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Animation, Graphic Design, or Creative Production.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role involving creative design, art direction, graphic or animation production.
Strong understanding of design principles and creative workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent visual storytelling and conceptualization skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
Solid command of English (written and spoken).
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining output quality.
