Job summary

PrinceACE Corp in Pasig seeks an on-site HR/Administration professional for a full-time role. No experience required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and training will be provided. The ideal candidate will support services operations and maintain accurate timekeeping, supporting JO processes.

You will monitor job orders, assist in accreditation documentation, track commissions, and help prepare the annual budget reports for Marketing and Service departments, reporting to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor of Job orders done by Services department including follow up of PO and billings.
• Prepare JO semi-annual report required by DOLE.
• Time keeping of overtime rendered per JO.
• Other tasks related to JO as needed by Services.
• Prepare/comply to submit needed documents for Accreditation of New clients and Renewal of existing clients.
• Monitor remittance of commission from Sales.
• Present the Annual Budget Report for Marketing and Service Department to Top Management.
