Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans that maximize event exposure, engagement, and attendance.
- Identify target audiences and produce promotional content and messaging strategy.
- Collaborate with the artist team to create visually captivating and on-brand promotional materials.
- Communicate effectively with teams and drive KPIs for trade events.
- Oversee the marketing process from strategy development to execution aligned with event branding.
- Benchmark and augment global MICE industry technologies and trends.
- Provide clear creative direction to ensure promotional materials are visually appealing and on-message.
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns to maximize reach and registrations.
- Identify opportunities and trends for content optimization and audience growth.
- Build relationships with associations, media partners, and other organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications/Marketing/Business/Related fields.

A. Develops Short-Term and Long-Term Business Plan for the Category
- Develops Category Review and Trade Category Plan.
- Develops trade marketing plan per channel to drive market share and value growth.
- Creates trade programs delivering sustainable sales volume growth.
- Steers distribution and merchandising relative to competitors.
- Fiscalizes Category Trade Promo Fund.
- Measures performance against objectives (volume, ROI, etc.).
- Qualifies promotions and recommends changes aligned with brand strategy and budget.
B. Co-manages with Promo Activations Manager
- Converts brand strategies into Sales Action Briefs.
- Sets annual initiatives calendar based on sales priorities.
- Oversees deployment of regional activations with the team.
- Ensures on-time and in-full execution of trade programs.
- Conducts post-promo evaluation and archiving.
C. Co-Leads with Marketing New Product/Promo Launches
- Co-develops launches, line extensions, and price changes with retailers/trade.
- Plans pipeline volumes, distribution, merchandising, and pricing standards.
- Develops new product trade programs to support field sales.
- Ensures speed to market and shares best practices with field sales.
D. Secure market intelligence on category landscape
- Conducts fieldwork (4x/month) to review competitive activities.
- Monitors pricing and trade margins.
Communication
A. Develops Superior Distribution, Merchandising, and Pricing Strategies nationwide
- Analyses trade dynamics to optimize distribution and pricing opportunities.
- Tracks competitive activities and translates into action plans for field sales.
- Reviews Nielsen/Kantar results and converts into actionable plans.
B. Administrative work
- Submit Category Monthly Letter for Retail; update Distribution targets.
- Deploy Monthly Canvass Packet/Sales Promo Workbook; process promo claims.
Authority
A. Approves Promo Work Plans specific to the category.
Functional knowledge/Skill requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Management or related field.
- 2+ years in Trade/Brand Marketing; experience in distributor or key accounts is a plus.
- Training in Category Management and Post Promo Evaluation.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
