Job Description
- Creative Content Development:
○ Conceptualize and oversee the creation of compelling creatives and advertisements aligned with Shopee Video and YouTube Partnership objectives.
○ Develop strategic content calendars aimed at increasing awareness and engagement among creators and consumers.
- Social Media & Community Management:
○ Strategically manage and curate content for Shopee Affiliate social media channels to enhance creator awareness and participation.
○ Oversee community engagement, including responding to inquiries, facilitating interactions, and addressing user-generated feedback effectively and proactively.
- Event Planning & Coordination:
○ Plan, execute, and manage events such as joint workshops with YouTube, aimed at strengthening partnerships, fostering community, and achieving marketing objectives.
○ Ensure events enhance company visibility, foster meaningful community connections, and align with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or event management
- Proven experience in developing creative marketing materials and managing content calendars.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event management, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social media management, community engagement, and event coordination.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or digital media is highly advantageous.
