Marketing & Client Success Coordinator
Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Operations or President
Tools: HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused team member to join acorn30 as a Marketing & Client Success Coordinator. This remote role blends client account management with hands-on marketing execution supporting both our clients and acorn30’s internal marketing efforts.
You’ll be the go-to contact for client communication and project flow, while also owning day-to-day marketing activities like social scheduling, newsletters, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
Client Success & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, from onboarding through project completion.
- Lead client onboarding calls and provide a smooth ramp-up experience.
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings and performance reviewsProactively identify and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and touchpoints in HubSpot
- Track contract renewals and support proposal preparation when needed.
Internal & Client Marketing Coordination
- Manage acorn30’s omni-channel marketing calendar:
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Format and send email newslettersUpload and optimize blogs and web content.
- Track engagement and performance metrics
Support client marketing campaigns:
- Coordinate timelines and task assignments with the production team.
- Submit creative requests and follow through on approvals.
- Communicate updates and deliverables to clients
- Work with the President or Project Manager on ad hoc initiatives and launches.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in a marketing, client success, or account management role (agency experience is a big plus)
- Are confident leading client conversations and managing expectations.
- Thrive on follow-through, accountability, and keeping multiple priorities organized.
- Understand how to manage content calendars, email platforms, and marketing workflows.
- Communicate clearly and proactively async and in real-time.
- Are self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Know your way around HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience upselling, renewing, or expanding client accounts.
- Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns (email, paid, SEO, etc.)
- Familiarity with creative briefs and working with freelancers.
