Job summary

JLT Customs Brokerage is seeking a Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing campaigns while managing digital platforms and content creation. You will coordinate events, perform market research, and help strengthen the brand presence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with social media management and digital platforms is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promo materials.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers for activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to find opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with recommendations.
• Assist in organizing company events, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
