A leading company in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its strategy and communications development. The role involves analyzing customer data, improving engagement strategies, and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms. This requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with teams and partners.
Responsibilities:
STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT
Analyze customer data and understand business requirements and challenges, driving overall engagement strategy with the ecommerce customer base
Collaborate with partners to translate marketing strategy into actionable campaigns.
Lead marketing automation initiatives with long-term goal of driving customer loyalty and increase overall conversion rates
Manage and track all campaign deliverables to ensure proper execution and timely implementation. This can include administrative tasks as needed.
Define and evaluate campaign metrics, incuding analysis of campaign performance and presentation of recommendations.
Track all campaign deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and timely implementation
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Increase revenue by growing business opportunities with partners
Lead recruitment and retention of team members
Cultivate growth by ensuring high quality work and investing in talent development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field.
At least 5 years experience in digital marketing (CRM / performance marketing backgrounds preferred)
Excellent communication skills both written and oral; good presentation skills
Experience using Tableau and CRM systems is an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
