Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign execution, or project management.
• Proven experience in content production, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and event marketing.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaign proposals aligned with the brand's business and brand objectives.
• Research market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify marketing opportunities.
• Build campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, and execution plans for approval by the Marketing Manager.
• Present campaign concepts, creative recommendations, and execution plans supported by data and clear objectives.
• Continuously recommend initiatives that improve brand awareness, engagement, and business performance.
• Lead the execution of approved marketing campaigns from planning through post-campaign evaluation.
