Mapple Philippines Inc. is the operator and owner of multi-brand stores in the Philippines which caters to its customers’ Apple product needs, offering the latest catalogue of Apple products and other leading accessory brands. More than just a reseller and distributor of Apple products, Mapple Philippines Inc. provides after sale repair and maintenance services for Apple products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Monthly Marketing Communication Plan Together with Marketing Head, monthly marketing content planning and strategic initiatives, including Social Media Communications, and Third-Party Collaborations.
• On-ground Visibility Coordinate with malls for on-ground brand visibility programs and promos.
• Strategic Planning & Budget Estimation Create detailed planning documents for marketing activities, including timelines, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) shortlisting and coordination as needed, and internal office memos (IOM).
• Marketing Collateral Preparation Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials and tools in line with monthly promotional campaigns.
• Budget Monitoring & Reporting Update actual marketing expenditures in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) template to support budget tracking and reporting for the brand.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis Compile and analyze monthly marketing reports, including media coverage summaries, influencer performance metrics, and event evaluations.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with internal marketing teams—including social media, visual merchandising, and design teams—to support the execution of in-store and online promotional activities.
• In-Store Promotions Oversight Monitor and compile all in-store promotional activities to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with internal departments, brand teams, and third-party partners to align on marketing plans, campaign calendars, and event execution updates
