Bank of the Philippine Islands is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist the Marketing Officer in implementing marketing initiatives aligned with the Institutional Banking Segment's strategies, helping generate loan and deposit volumes and cross-sell corporate products.

You will support planning, coordinate strategic projects, analyze client trends, prepare documentation, and collaborate across teams to drive segment growth within Makati.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing materials and interacting with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platform.
• Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent.
• Must be willing to work at Makati.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate strategic projects by preparing proposals, engaging stakeholders, and monitoring implementation timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis on client trends, market developments, and competitive activities to support business decisions.
• Prepare project reports, briefing materials, implementation guidelines, and other related documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of segment and bank-wide initiatives.

The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Marketing Officer in the implementation of marketing initiatives based on the Institutional Banking Segment's approved marketing and business strategies, to help the segment achieve its business goals of generating loan and deposit volumes, cross-selling various corporate products and increasing revenue.
