JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Marketing Associate will assist in different aspects of brand management, including market research, campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Create and communicate clear and persuasive branding materials by developing brand stories to engage target audiences and build connections
• Define and maintain the brand’s identity in the market
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes
• Manage brand campaigns, including advertising, media connections, digital and non-digital marketing initiatives.
• Track brand performance metrics and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related course

Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Marketing and brand management

Competencies:

• Excellent communication, writing, and social skills
