Job summary

Apeiron is seeking a Marketing Associate to drive brand awareness for our Men’s Care Brand. You will execute social media strategies, coordinate campaigns, and assist content creation. You will analyze market trends to help products reach the modern Filipino.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Brand Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok and Instagram).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: plan, create, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Campaign Execution: execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Influencer & Community Relations: identify and coordinate with grooming influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• E-Commerce Coordination: update marketing visuals and product copy on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Content & Copywriting: write captions, email newsletters, and ad copies for a male audience.
• Market Research & Analytics: monitor campaign performance and trends in men’s grooming and self-care.
