Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferrably with experience in a Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facility

• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support branding initiatives to increase company visibility.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company's database.
• Conduct follow-up calls and after-sales support.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
