This position is primarily responsible for the smooth implementation and execution of various retail, omnibus, and discretionary marketing programs that will lead to business growth and make BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card the preferred payment method among existing and potential cardholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Department/Team Head and/or Program Manager in planning and implementing retail, omnibus, and ecommerce marketing programs.
- Work closely with the Department/Team Head and/or Program Manager in end-to-end implementation of marketing promos, campaigns, and initiatives, including preparation of proposals, financial projections, and design outlines.
- Monitor competitive activity and identify new trends and opportunities to create compelling programs that encourage increased spending and card usage.
- Negotiate and build relationships with partner merchants to deliver better value propositions to customers.
- Roll out usage marketing programs to ensure growth in billings for Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card businesses.
- Conduct post-evaluation and prepare MIS reports to monitor program results.
- Coordinate media channels, scheduling, and post-evaluation reporting.
- Collaborate with internal units, external vendors, and partners to ensure proper alignment and smooth program implementation.
- Track and monitor advertising and promotional spending versus budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and business policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any course.
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
