Job description

Assists the Channel Manager in achieving volume and peso targets for the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entertains product and process-related inquiries from the sales channel. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
• Prepares, monitors and distributes production reports of the sales channel and initiates follow up calls when the channel is short of goal.
• Entertains product and process related inquiries from automotive dealer personnel (salesmen, sales managers, credit and collection staff etc.) prospective borrowers. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
• Accepts and pre-screens all loan applications received. Coordinates with the channel or the loan applicant regarding lacking mandatory documents.
• Ensures that loan applications are properly encoded in the system.
• Collates encoded applications and documentary requirements and transmits these without delay to the Consumer Credit Department.
• Monitors status of applications and collates those already decided on, e.g. approved/disapproved.
• Prepares post-approval documents for borrower’s signature and ensures that all lacking documents are submitted to the Bank prior to loan release.
