You will ensure menus, promotions, and content across digital channels are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards. You will update delivery platforms like Grab and Foodpanda, handle content and visuals, and assist with campaigns and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or content management.
• Familiarity with delivery aggregator platforms (Grab, Foodpanda).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain menus, pricing, and product details on delivery platforms.
• Upload and manage product photos and marketing content for brand consistency.
• Coordinate with aggregator platforms for updates and operational needs.
• Monitor and assist in implementing promotions and campaigns on platforms.
• Coordinate and track marketing collateral requests for campaigns.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for marketing materials.
• Generate and manage QR codes for campaigns and events.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, campaign summaries, and reports.
• Support coordination with vendors such as printers and creative suppliers.
