Qualifications

POSITION: MARKETING ASSOCIATE

The Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, assist with digital marketing campaigns, and support events and promotional activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.

• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.

• Develop social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and online community interactions.

• Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

• Support online promotions, advertisements, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.

• Assist in generating leads and increasing customer engagement through digital channels.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Events & Promotions

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sports events, tournaments, activations, and community activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing event materials, promotional campaigns, and on-site marketing activities.

• Help ensure events are properly promoted before, during, and after execution.

Content & Brand Support

• Create marketing materials for promotions, events, memberships, programs, and sports facilities.

• Assist in maintaining consistent branding across online and offline marketing materials.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external marketing partners when needed.

• Capture and organize photos and videos during events and activities.

Marketing Administration

• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, and promotional materials.

• Prepare marketing activity and performance reports.

• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or events is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Basic skills in Canva, graphic design, photo/video editing, or content creation are an advantage.

• Strong coordination and project management skills.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules during events when required.

• Passion for sports, fitness, recreation, and community activities is a strong advantage.
