Job summary

Lightyear Solar System Inc. is seeking a creative Marketing Associate to support our solar energy initiatives. The role focuses on promoting products, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth through digital marketing and events.

The ideal candidate will manage social media, create promotional content, assist in campaigns, and work closely with sales to reach targets. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a bias toward energy or tech industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or social media experience is a plus.
• Experience or interest in solar/renewable energy, construction, engineering, or tech is a bonus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products, services, and initiatives.
• Manage social media pages: content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.
• Create marketing materials: captions, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, emails.
• Support lead generation through digital campaigns, events, partnerships, referrals, and more.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop strategies supporting customer acquisition and targets.
• Assist in preparing product/service presentations for residential, commercial, or industrial solar clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in solar/renewable energy.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics, inquiries, and marketing results.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibits, mall activations, client presentations, promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, installers, and internal teams for marketing requirements.
