The Marketing Assistant’s main responsibilities include maintaining the website, ensuring user-friendly design, monitoring site traffic, troubleshooting website issues, updating website content, and assisting in online marketing initiatives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day activities of e-commerce platforms and websites (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.).
- Strategically set up and update product listings and campaigns across all platforms.
- Set up campaigns and inspect store decoration, product information, promos, checkout process, etc., to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Submit sales reports and requirements in a timely manner; analyze product, category, and campaign performance to predict future sales and stock needs.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and sales using platform analytics and Google Sheets or MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.); formulate recommendations to stakeholders to improve performance.
- Check market trends, analyze competitors, and report findings to superiors.
- Attend to customer queries and after-sales concerns, including refunds.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Must be tech-savvy with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce/online shopping is a must; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and basic photo editing tools is an advantage.
- Willing to work during sale events (1.1, 2.2, 3.3, payday sale); must be online during campaign days.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Assist in other marketing activities such as events and trade fairs.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials.
