We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the team and support the delivery of Mobile Skips’ marketing strategy. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsible for supporting digital campaigns, managing content, overseeing social media activity, assisting with design work, and ensuring SEO performance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires a balance of creativity, technical marketing skills, and attention to detail.
This role is being recruited by Clarke Point, a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, (www.clarkepoint.com) and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor.
Execute and support email and SMS marketing campaigns using Customer.io.
Manage and schedule social media content across Facebook and Instagram, including influencer coordination and paid advertising.
Design marketing collateral using Canva (digital and print).
Assist in content creation and editing, including proofreading AI-generated content and uploading to WordPress.
Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and campaign assets in WordPress.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing activities.
Support general marketing administration tasks as required.
Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American or similar client
Proven experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Customer.io preferred).
Ability to manage subscriber databases and maintain compliance.
Skilled in campaign creation, scheduling, and segmentation.
Experience monitoring and optimising campaign performance.
Hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram business pages.
Ability to coordinate and publish weekly branded content.
Experience running influencer programs and partnerships.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager for setup and optimisation.
Strong design skills using Canva (or similar tools).
Ability to produce digital and print marketing materials.
Experience using AI tools to generate and edit content.
Strong skills in proofreading and brand-consistent editing.
Ability to upload, format, and manage WordPress content pages.
Skilled in building and optimising landing pages for campaigns.
Experience supporting cross-platform brand campaigns (e.g., YouTube, social).
Flexibility to manage ad hoc website updates.
Practical experience with keyword research and SEO best practice.
Skilled in on-page optimisation and regular content updates.
Experience conducting SEO audits and monitoring backlinks.
Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Proactive and resourceful – able to anticipate needs and take initiative.

This role is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor with the following additional perks:
Philippine Regular Holidays: 100% pay if not worked; 200% pay if worked.
Philippine Special Non-Working Holidays: Additional 30% pay if worked.
Vacation Leave: 12 days per year, granted upon successful completion of the probation period.
Sick Leave: 6 days per year, available annually.
Health Insurance Allowance: ₱2,500 per month provided toward family health insurance after the probation period.
Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours.
Mobile Skips is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Melbourne time (GMT +10) with some flexibility.
