Job summary

MED CAPTAIN MARKETING CORP. in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of campaigns, events, and promotions.

You will prepare marketing materials and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring branding consistency. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 0–1 year experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related position is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, tarpaulins, presentations, and promotional items.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and online marketing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, advertising agencies, and event organizers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
• Maintain and organize marketing documents, files, and promotional inventories.
• Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials and assisting during promotional events.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management.
