Job summary

Rippedboxstation in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our German-time-zone operations on a 10-hour-per-week schedule.

You will create and publish social media content, develop marketing materials, update website content, and assist in digital campaigns while aligning with brand guidelines.

The role requires digital marketing know-how, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, with Canva/Adobe Express familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, and professional networking channels.
• Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and website updates.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative ability in developing engaging content ideas and marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
