Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a hybrid role in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon. The position involves developing strategic outreach campaigns, transforming product messaging for multi-channel marketing, and managing email campaigns with Mailchimp.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing outreach strategies, email marketing campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience managing both customer acquisition and client retention/nurture campaigns.
• Strong hands‑on experience using Mailchimp, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience managing business social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and drive campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Availability to support US Central Time business hours.

Your Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns that drive new customer acquisition while strengthening engagement with existing clients.
• Transform existing product messaging, features, and value propositions into compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different target audiences.
• Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Create and adapt marketing copy that aligns with the company's brand voice for prospecting campaigns, client communications, product updates, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and proactively recommend improvements that increase engagement, lead generation, customer retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate campaign schedules with sales, partnerships, and seasonal business initiatives to maximize marketing impact.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance indicators, campaign results, audience growth, engagement metrics, and marketing insights for leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth to support brand positioning while independently managing day-to-day campaign execution.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in B2B marketing, professional services, SaaS, golf, turf management, agronomy, or other relationship-driven industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to support marketing and sales alignment.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing assets and social media graphics.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and using data to optimize campaign results.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing best practices.
