Job summary

Sun Battledore, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to manage sponsorships, marketing activities, and events across malls in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with athletes, coaches, event organizers, and mall teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, strong sponsor deliverables, and increased brand visibility.

The role requires at least one year of marketing or events experience and a degree in Marketing or Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, event coordination, or sponsorship management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle sponsorships for athletes, teams, training camps, tournaments, and events
• Draft and manage sponsorship agreements and ensure fulfillment of deliverables
• Oversee product sponsorship logistics, including stock checking and delivery coordination
• Ensure proper placement of marketing materials at events and sponsored locations
• Gather social media posts and media assets as sponsorship proof
• Coordinate brand activations and marketing efforts at events and tournaments
• Manage the production, distribution, and storage of marketing collaterals
• Work with suppliers for the printing and installation of banners and promotional materials
• Collaborate with mall marketing teams to maximize store promotions
• Maintain sponsorship reports, including contracts and stock liquidation records
