Job summary

ALVTechonologies Philippines, Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Marketing and Digital Design Associate to join our team.

You will prepare marketing materials such as emails, brochures and posters, using manufacturer assets, and coordinate with the sales team to promote equipment. Responsibilities include updating the website with news and events, assisting at trade shows and product demonstrations, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing or Digital Design.
• Proficiency in digital design is essential.
• Effective communication skills and English proficiency required.
• Experience in digital marketing and design is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials (emails, brochures, posters) with manufacturer assets.

Job scope :

• Prepare marketing materials in the form of marketing emails, brochure, posters with assistance from existing graphic materials from manufacturer
• Coordinate with sales team for promotion of equipment
• Preparation and coordination for trade events
• Update of website for news, events and new products
• Assist in promotional activities such as but not limited to trade shows, seminars and product demonstration
• Optimization of digital marketing campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Candidates are likely to be in their late 20’s, graduate of Marketing or Digital design courses
• Proficiency in digital design is essential for this role
• Effective communication skills as you will communicate with manufacturer and clients alike, proficiency in English is required
• Previous experience in digital marketing and design is an asset
