Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Finance & Budget Support 50%
    • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Track and reconcile budget spend, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
    • Maintain department budget trackers, flagging variances and assisting with reporting.
    • Coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Marketing Coordination 30%
    • Serve as backup for the marketing blog program, including scheduling, content uploads, and coordinating with writers and reviewers.
    • Support asset management and file organization for marketing materials (i.e. Widen, Seismic, Claims and Testimonials).
    • Assist with simple reporting requests (budget updates).
  • Team Administrative Support 10%
    • Provide logistical and administrative support for product marketing team activities, meetings, etc.
    • Coordinate internal events such as team building sessions and professional development activities.
    • Assist with personal expense processing and travel arrangements for senior team members.
  • General Operations 10%
    • Maintain shared tools and records, ensuring information is organized and up to date.
    • Support special projects and ad hoc requests to keep the product marketing function running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community) are a plus
  • Marketing background is a plus
