Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Support Associate to join our Palawan team.

You will help create integrated activation platforms, support product marketing, and assist in lead generation while coordinating with sales and events teams. Based in Puerto Princesa, the role reports to the Marketing Support Manager and requires organization, communication, and data-driven thinking to improve marketing efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year Marketing degree or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Marketing experience.
• Experience handling events end-to-end preferred.
• Outgoing and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Activation Platforms: conceptualize and develop activation platforms for projects; coordinate with vendors and agencies.
• Place Branding: implement brand standards across projects and spaces; collaborate with design and content teams for tools.
• CSR Implementation: oversee CSR initiatives, including community outreach and sustainability efforts; coordinate with partners.
• Product Marketing: assist in developing marketing collateral and digital content; analyze markets for promotion opportunities.
• Leads and Sales Generation: support lead generation across channels; assist sales teams with marketing resources.
• Administrative Hygiene: maintain accurate marketing documentation and assist logistics for events.
