Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine sales readiness.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales Representatives or Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunity status within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
  • Follow defined service-level agreements (SLAs) for lead response and follow-up activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and company solutions to effectively position offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience supporting EMEA markets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, financial services, market intelligence, technology, or data solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
