Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Market Research Analyst in San Juan for 3+ years of experience.

The role focuses on conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and insights, and on analyzing consumer data to develop clear reports for stakeholders. You will collaborate with marketing teams to shape strategies from research outcomes, monitor market conditions, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic imaging, theragnostic, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SQL, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple research projects independently.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, SanJuan City.
