You will identify experts via platforms like LinkedIn, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, manage communications, and track payment details and project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management sciences or related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with excellent people engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with expert network recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit subject matter experts for market research projects.
• Screen and engage with experts to assess fit for client requirements.
• Submit shortlisted expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
• Manage expert communications, schedule consultations, and coordinate timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of experts, including payment details and project status.
• Ensure compliance and information security throughout the workflow.
