Job summary

IDR in Taguig seeks an Analyst to identify, recruit, and engage subject matter experts for market research projects. You will ensure sample sizes, maintain accuracy, and support client–expert interactions.

Responsibilities include expert recruitment, vetting, scheduling, data tracking, and compliance with information security policies. Fresh graduates welcome; onsite night shift hours at Bonifacio Global City.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a bachelor's degree in management sciences or related field.
• Experience: 0–1 year in a similar role; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Strong written and oral English with excellent people engagement.
• Other skills: Collaboration, ability to meet deadlines, negotiation and influencing abilities. Familiarity with expert network recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and project goals for each market research project.
• Identify and recruit suitable experts for surveys, focus groups, and consultations.
• Submit shortlisted profiles for internal and client review.
• Manage expert communications, scheduling, and project timelines.
• Maintain records of experts, payments, and project status; ensure compliance and info security.
